šŸ” Nashville Real Estate Roundup: April

A Belle Meade mansion, 12 South new build, and a Spanish Villa

🤠 Howdy, Nashville. This is The Nashville Grapevine, the newsletter that brings you (almost) all things Nashville.

Let’s get into it.

Welcome to the Nashville Real Estate Roundup for April. Here, we will highlight and feature interesting real estate sales in the Nashville area. Did we miss one? Please reply and let us know!

Highest price: $6,850,000

This is not your typical house when it comes to the highest sale in Nashville of the month, but it is located in Belle Meade, and location is everything. That being said, it is still a mansion spanning 7,500 square feet.

12 South: $3,011,436

I live right by this one and have witnessed its.. I would say growth, but they completely gutted and redid the house. It is one block up from the hustle and bustle of 12 South and features a turf backyard.

Spanish Villa-esque: $2,450,000

This house is beautiful, and I recommend checking out more pictures of it. They crafted it very well from Spanish villa inspiration, and it looks like something out of a movie.
