Highest price: $6,034,500

The most expensive house sold in October is a new build in Forest Hills. It is massive at over 8,500 square feet with ten bathrooms. Check it out as you wish, but don’t expect anything more than a black and white, bland design.

Four Seasons Apartment: $4,680,000

The Four Seasons is one of the most luxurious spots around. The amenities are top-notch notch including a gym, pool, media room, garden, and more. Scroll through these pictures and check out penthouse living in downtown Nashville.

Windows for Days: $1,250,000

This was my favorite house that sold this past month. It features 360 degrees of windows to give you the best views atop the mountain. This is one of the unique houses that make Nashville real estate cool. I just hope it isn’t torn down for a new build.
