Brother’s Burger Joint started as a food truck in 2015 by Jeremiah and Cole James. In 2017, they moved into their first physical location in Berry Hill, where the restaurant still stands today.

They have a lot of unique burger combinations to try, but I am partial to their regular burger. If I want a classic burger, that’s the one. They also have a lot of Louisiana/New Orleans influence in their menu with jambalaya, po-boys, etc.

Fun fact: I once ran into Dave Ramsey here.

🔎 Last Eaten Review: Uncle Sam w/ a side of Jambalaya

The Uncle Sam is the basic burger of the group, but sometimes basic is better. The bun was crisp, the toppings plentiful, and the meat was freshly made. I love a burger that doesn’t make you feel bad from grease after eating, and this one did the job. The jambalaya might have been the real winner, though. For only $1 more, I got it added, and the picture does not do it justice from a size perspective. It was almost a meal in itself. I was transported to the Bayou for a few minutes.
