🤠 Howdy, Nashville. This is The Nashville Grapevine, the newsletter that brings you (almost) all things Nashville.
Let’s get into it.
“Healthy food for a happy world” is Flower Child’s tagline. They mimic this very well in their restaurants with friendly people and health-conscious food.
Flower Child is a chain restaurant that was started in Arizona, but we felt it deserved a feature. The food is delicious, you feel great after you eat it, and I feel like there will be more locations in the Nashville area very soon.
Art is very important in Flower Child locations, as you can see in the picture above. Everything they do is to put off good vibes. Their decor brings in a lot of brightness.

If you want to eat great and feel great, you can’t go wrong with this lunch right here. The steak was cooked to perfection, and their mac & cheese is some of the best in town. It is also gluten-free if that means anything to you, and the Parmesan cheese is the perfect topping to complement the aged white cheddar.
