Kebab Gyros Authentic Greek & Italian Eatery doesn’t look like much on the outside (or inside, for that matter), but the food is delicious and they know how to fill a plate up. You will see the same two friendly people working the cash register and plating food every time you go in.

This is definitely another case where you see old menu prices and get sad at how cheap lunch was back in the day, but for Nashville lunch prices, Kebab has great deals with the portions they give.

You have to go with the classic gyro sandwich or plate the first time, but after that, wander into the Italian side and try some spaghetti or lasagna. One thing I haven’t tried but have been meaning to is the baklava for dessert.

The gyro sandwich is a go-to if you work around the South Nashville area. They start it off with a huge portion of protein and then top it off at the end with the same. The flavor is perfect, and complements the tomatoes, onions, and sauce delicately. You can get a combo with a drink and fries or rice.
