🍽️ Restaurant Run of the Week: Taqueria El Dolar

Hole in the wall taco trucks around the city..

In partnership with

🤠 Howdy, Nashville. This is The Nashville Grapevine, the newsletter that brings you (almost) all things Nashville.

Let’s get into it.

You’ve probably seen these orange taco trucks around the city, whether you can remember or not. Taqueira El Dolar has 5 trucks around the city serving up some of the best tacos around.

This one, pictured below, is #3, located in South Nashville. This one took card, but I believe most of the locations are cash only. There were plenty of things on the menu worth trying, such as the burrito and quesadillas, but it would be hard to pass up their tacos.

If you love hole-in-the-wall spots that won’t cost an arm and a leg, go find one of these trucks and have a great day.

🔎 Last Eaten Review: Chicken Tacos

The chicken tacos were incredible. They were served up street taco style and cost only $2.25 a piece. The lime added the perfect complement to the savoriness of the chicken.
