If you’ve ever wished your childhood breakfast aisle could leap off the grocery store shelf and into real life, Wanna Spoon Cereal Bar might do the trick. Tucked into 12 South, it serves up a nostalgia-packed experience that’s equal parts sweet spot and social hangout.

This isn’t your average breakfast nook. Wanna Spoon Cereal Bar is Nashville’s first dedicated cereal bar, and it goes way beyond novelty. With more than 20 cereals to mix and match, the place leans hard into nostalgia, but what really makes it work is how good everything else is. The cereal-loaded soft-serve ice cream and milkshakes are genuinely solid, creamy, and balanced, with the cereal adding just the right flavor.

And don’t sleep on the coffee. This is a legit coffee bar, not a gimmick, with the Cereal Milk Latte tasting exactly like it sounds. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, an afternoon pick-me-up, or a dessert and coffee combo, Wanna Spoon delivers way more quality than you’d expect.

This place is as Instagrammable as its menu. Colorful murals and quirky decor allow endless photo ops. At the same time, the backyard space, complete with picnic tables, firepits, and cornhole, makes it a great stop for families, dates, or weekend hangs. There’s even a cow named Coco back there.

The Daily Immune Ritual I Trust All Winter Long

Winter is when I’m most intentional about supporting my immune system, and Pique’s Daily Immune has become one of my non-negotiables. It’s the kind of daily ritual that feels supportive, not overwhelming and one I actually look forward to.

What sets Daily Immune apart is its liposomal vitamin C, which helps deliver nutrients more effectively to your bloodstream and immune cells, where they can truly do their job. I notice the difference in how steady and resilient I feel, especially during colder months when my body needs extra support. The addition of elderberry gives it that extra layer of seasonal immune defense I trust.

Daily Immune supports my everyday immunity, collagen production, skin resilience, and antioxidant protection all in one simple step. I love that it fits seamlessly into my routine and tastes bright and refreshing.

Winter wellness doesn’t need to be extreme to be effective. For me, Daily Immune is an easy, consistent way to feel supported, strong, and cared for all season long

🔎 Last Eaten Review: Ice Cream

I went all in on the ice cream at Wanna Spoon, and honestly, it was gone before I even thought about grabbing my phone. That is why you get this basic picture instead. Vanilla soft serve as the base, chocolate chips on top, with Cookie Crisp and Cap’n Crunch mixed in, sounds chaotic, but it somehow worked perfectly. The vanilla was creamy and not overly sweet, the chocolate chips added just enough bite, and the cereal gave that crunch you want without turning the whole thing into a sugar bomb. I fully intended to get a picture, but I ate it way too fast, which I think is the highest compliment I can give an ice cream review.
