Hardy, Zach Top, and Riley Green Walk Into Halloween Weekend

FRIDAY

Nashville’s country music scene pulls a three-way split on Friday, October 30th, HARDY plays two nights of HARDY HALLOWEEN at The Truth (7 PM, with McCoy Moore and Sikarus), Zach Top brings his Cold Beer & Country Music Tour to Bridgestone Arena (doors 6:30, show 8 PM, with Lukas Nelson), and Riley Green headlines The Pinnacle (8:30 PM, with Randy Houser) as part of The Champions bass fishing tournament. Three of the hottest names in country music, three different venues, same night, pick your fighter.

Honestly a great problem to have, and a very Nashville Halloween!

12 South Halloween Parade

SATURDAY

The 12 South neighborhood closes down the 900 blocks of Halcyon and Montrose on Halloween night for its beloved annual costume parade led by the Half Brass band, lineup starts at 5:45 PM on the corner of Halcyon at 9th Ave, the parade steps off at 6 PM, and the streets stay closed until 8:30. It’s one of the most genuinely neighborhood events Nashville has. If you’ve never been, this is the year to go.

Just get there early because it fills up fast!

El Día de los Muertos at Cheekwood

SATURDAY & SUNDAY

Cheekwood’s 26th annual El Día de los Muertos festival runs Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with Latin and Aztec dance performances, traditional music, student murals, handmade ofrenda altars, authentic food from 20+ vendors, hands-on art activities, and a marketplace packed with local artists. Timed tickets start at $23 for adults, with members and kids free and parking fills fast, so off-site tickets are worth grabbing.

The largest Day of the Dead festival in the region happening at Cheekwood!

All Hallows East

SATURDAY

Nashville’s biggest Halloween block party takes over 110 S 11th St in East Nashville on Saturday from 4-10 PM, presented by Jack Daniel’s with costume contests, live music, food, and the kind of Five Points Halloween energy that turns the neighborhood into its best self for one night a year. It’s completely free to attend; you just have to register, and costumes are strongly encouraged.

If you’re going to do Halloween in Nashville, East Nashville on Halloween night is always a good answer!

Broadway Halloween Bar Fest

SATURDAY

Mad City Bar Fest takes over Lower Broadway on Halloween from noon to 8 PM, with one $12 wristband getting you into Barstool Nashville, Kane Brown’s on Broadway, Lainey Wilson’s Bell Bottoms Up, Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa, Luke’s 32 Bridge, Posty’s, and Morgan Wallen’s This Bar, plus drink specials and live music at every stop. Check in between noon and 4 PM at the bar you purchased through; costumes are encouraged, and it’s 21+ only.

Seven celebrity honky tonks, one wristband, twelve dollars!
