The 5 coolest things in Nashville this weekend

Markets, open streets, and a little bit of sports..

🤠 Howdy, Nashville. This is The Nashville Grapevine, the newsletter that brings you (almost) all things Nashville.

Here are the 5 coolest things happening in Nashville this weekend:

  • Markets for Makers Summer Market

  • Open Streets Summer Series

  • Nashville Sounds Game

  • Nashville Punk Rock Flea Market

  • Nashville SC Match

Let’s get into it.

Markets for Makers Summer Market

SATURDAY & SUNDAY

This weekend, the Markets for Makers Summer Market is at the Fairgrounds. This is one of the hottest markets of the year and features over 100 makers. There will be photo walls, food, and drinks as well.

Admission is only $8!

Open Streets Summer Series

SUNDAY

Make sure to check this out before you plan to drive around downtown this Sunday. This is the first of three times this year that downtown streets will be closed to allow pedestrians to walk, bike, and explore.

There are also plenty of things to do along the way!

Nashville Sounds Game

FRIDAY, SATURDAY, & SUNDAY

The Nashville Sounds are playing the Indianapolis Indians this weekend at First Horizon Park. This is a great way to spend a weekend watching America’s pastime.

I recommend stopping at Von Elrod’s before!

Nashville Punk Rock Flea Market

SATURDAY & SUNDAY

This is one of the most unique flea markets I have seen around Nashville, and it looks like a wild time. You can get tickets for $5 each day.

They will have Punk Rock bands playing as well!

Nashville SC Match

SATURDAY

Nashville has been crushing it this year, and they continue on this Saturday against Toronto. I witnessed them score 7 goals this year, but no promises that happens this time around.

It is Star Wars Night, so be prepared!
