PARTNER SPOTLIGHT

I Almost Threw Out My Keurig. It Wasn't Broken.

Every cup from my Keurig started tasting weak, flat, stale — so I unplugged it and stuck it in a closet. Then I learned the dirty secret of grocery store K-Cups: by the time a pod reaches your kitchen, it's usually spent months going from factory to warehouse to truck to shelf. The flavor oils are long gone. Some brands even over-roast to hide it.

The fix wasn't a new machine. It was fresh pods from Angelino's, a family-owned L.A. roastery that roasts, packs, and ships within 3–5 days — straight to your door, from 39¢ a cup. Over 1,000,000 happy customers. 50+ flavors, no subscription required, and 15% off your first order, applied automatically at checkout.

Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country at the Ryman

FRIDAY & SATURDAY

Nashville's own Daniel Donato takes the Ryman stage for two nights this Friday and Saturday, August 28 and 29, both at 8 PM, playing his signature blend of cosmic, psychedelic, and traditional country at the venue that basically invented the genre he's reinventing. If you haven't caught him live yet, this is genuinely one of the best reasons to finally do it.

Two nights of Cosmic Country at the Mother Church.. this one's going to be special!

NightLight 615: Mamma Mia!

FRIDAY

NightLight 615 kicks off its fall outdoor movie season on Friday, August 28 at Wasioto Park with Mamma Mia!, doors opening at 6:30 PM for early entry and 7 PM for general admission, with the film rolling at sundown against the best skyline view in the city. There's a full bar, 6 to 8 food trucks, a pre-movie DJ, and tickets are going fast.

Musicians Corner

FRIDAY

Nashville's favorite free outdoor concert series is back at Centennial Park for its 17th year, with an eclectic mix of Americana, soul, folk, rock, and indie artists alongside food trucks, local vendors, a full bar, and Kidsville for the little ones.

Bring a blanket, bring the dog, and just show up!

Nashville SC Match - Kids Night

SATURDAY

Nashville SC hosts FC Cincinnati in a big Eastern Conference MLS matchup on Saturday, August 29 at GEODIS Park, and late summer soccer at one of the best stadiums in the league is always a great time regardless of what's at stake. Grab tickets through the Nashville SC site and make a full night of it.

Bring the kids!

Bears vs. Titans Preseason Game

SATURDAY

The Titans wrap up their preseason at home on Saturday, August 29 with the Chicago Bears coming to town for a 5 PM kickoff, parking lots open at 1 PM and gates at 3. It's part of the Farewell Season at the current stadium, so every home game this year carries a little extra weight.

Rare we get a game on a Saturday!
