AMERICANAFEST

TUESDAY - SATURDAY

The 26th annual AMERICANAFEST takes over downtown Nashville all week long with five days of industry seminars and panels by day and raw, intimate showcase performances by night across venues like the Ryman, City Winery, and the Station Inn. Wristbands are still available through the Americana Music Association's website, and even if you're not in the industry, the nightly showcases are some of the best live music Nashville puts on all year.

Nashville is going to be full of known and unknown great artists!

Sunset Safari

FRIDAY

Nashville Zoo's premier annual fundraiser goes "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" this Friday, September 18, from 6:30-10 PM, with unlimited samples from 40+ of Nashville's top restaurants including Hall's Chophouse, Hattie B's, Edley's, Kayne Prime, and Virago, complimentary adult beverages, live entertainment from Leah Marlene and The Music City Sound, and up-close animal encounters after hours. Main Event tickets are $175 and VIP Patron access starts at $300, all benefiting the Zoo.

This is the kind of event that sells out for a reason!

Hot Diggity Dog Fest

SATURDAY

Capitol View hosts the Hot Diggity Dog Fest this Saturday, September 19, from 11 AM to 4 PM, with the theme "The Great Dog Show" featuring a Top Dog contest, local pet adoption organizations, dog-related vendors, and plenty of fun for the humans too; all benefiting the Live Like Roo Foundation, which supports families with pets facing cancer. It's free to attend and bring your pup.

Honestly, a perfect fall morning!

Game Terminal Fall Fest

SATURDAY

Game Terminal kicks off fall the right way on Saturday, September 19 from noon to 6 PM with seasonal craft drinks, local brew sampling (21+, 2-6 PM), festive eats, face painting, balloon artists, raffles, and access to one of the largest vintage arcade and pinball selections in the country. Tickets are $25/person or $40 for two, and kids under 15 get in free to the festival (though the $10 Game Terminal admission still applies).

Vintage arcade games, cotton candy, local brews; that's a Saturday afternoon sorted!

Titans vs. Eagles Game

SUNDAY

The Titans host the defending NFC Champion Philadelphia Eagles for Week 2 of the Farewell Season on Sunday at noon, as Cam Ward and the Boys look to bounce back after dropping the home opener to the Jets last week. With AMERICANAFEST winding down and fall fully in the air, this is the weekend Nissan Stadium feels most alive.

Let’s hope the Titans can look better this week!
